Imaging and Lab Services are provided by Valley Regional Health Services, a joint venture of Illinois Valley Community Hospital and St. Margaret’s Hospital. Together, their diagnostics and lab services includes state-of-the-art PET/CT technologies and extensive laboratory diagnostic services.
Valley Regional Health Services uses their on-site GE Discover ST 16-slice PET/CT scanner, which incorporates some of the most advanced imaging technology available today. This new technology assists the physicians in the staging of cancer and aids in surgical and radiation treatment planning. (more info)
